ENTAJ Chicken liver with vegetables and spices paste

ENTAJ Chicken liver 400 g
Oil 4 tbsp (60 ml)
Onion 1
Potatoes 2
Warm water1/3 cup (90 ml)
Garlic 4
Tomatoes 100 g
Green peas100 g
Green pepper 3
Garam masala1/2 tsp
Salt, white pepper (as desired)
ENTAJ Spices paste:
Water  2 tsp (10 ml)
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Hot pepper 1/2 tsp

How to prepare it:

• Clean the chicken liver and slice lengthwise.
• In a pot on a medium heat, fry the onions in the oil until soft then add the chopped potato cubes, salt and some water. Cover the pot and leave it on a low heat until the potatoes are tender.
• In a second pot, fry the garlic in oil for 30 seconds and add the spices paste and half of the mashed tomatoes. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
• When the mixture is fairly dry, add the chicken liver and cook it while stirring for 3-4 minutes.
• Add the remaining tomatoes, potatoes, green peas, green pepper, salt and garam masala and cook them for 10 minutes.
• The ENTAJ chicken liver with vegetables and spices paste is served with the Saudi Arabia hot rice.
