ENTAJ Chicken cordon bleu tagliatelle with green cheese sauce

2 persons per serving
Preparation time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

ENTAJ Chicken breasts  2
Walnuts ¾ cup 
Tagliatelle Pasta 200 g
Butter or oil ¼ cup (50 g)
Gorgonzola cheese 150 g
Fresh cream 1 cup (250 ml)
White pepper and salt (as desired)


How to prepare it:

• Roast the walnuts in the oven for 5 minutes and leave aside to cool.
• Boil the tagliatelle pasta according to the package instructions.
• Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat and add cheese, cream, white pepper and salt.
• Blend the tagliatelle with a little bit of green cheese sauce and let it cool slightly.
• Stuff the chicken breasts with tagliatelle and toasted walnuts, then wrap the chicken breasts, and rub them with salt and pepper.
• Grill the chicken breasts until it is well cooked and it obtains a red color.
• The ENTAJ chicken cordon bleu tagliatelle is served with green cheese sauce.
