Supreme grilled ENTAJ chicken with golden almond slices

4 persons per serving
Preparation time: 45 minutes


ENTAJ Chicken breasts 4
Dry bread crumbs ½ cup
Grated parmesan cheese ½ cup
Chopped fresh parsley 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 clove
Egg whites 3
Almond slices ¼ cup 
Butter, black pepper, hot pepper and salt (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• Cut the chicken breasts into slices.

• In a bowl, combine the dry bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, pepper and salt.
• In a bowl, scramble the egg whites.
• Dip the chicken in egg whites, then cover it with the bread mixture.
• Dip the chicken again in egg whites, and cover it with almond slices.
• Spread butter on a baking tray and put the chicken in it.
• Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 175°C for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the almonds obtain a golden color.
• Serve the supreme grilled chicken with tartar sauce.
