ENTAJ Stuffed chicken breast

4 persons per serving
Preparation time: 50 minutes
Soaking duration: 120 minutes


ENTAJ Chicken breast 4 slices
Vinegar 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Butter 2-3 tbsp (20-35 g)
Minced meat 500 g
Chicken broth 6 cups (1.5 liters)
Toasted pine nuts 1/4 cup
Tomato paste 3-4 tbsp 
Carrot 1
Onion 1

Canned mushroom300g
Mixed Spices, salt and olive oil (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• Pat the chicken breasts and soak them in vinegar for two hours.
• Chop the onions, carrots and mushrooms, then fry them with butter while stirring until the onions are soft. Add the chopped meat to fry it then add the spices, salt and pine. Put the stuffing aside to cool.
• Spread a piece of the chicken pat, put a spoon of the stuffing, close and sew it.
• In a pan, fry the chicken with oil on both sides, then put them aside.
• In the same frying pan, add broth, tomato paste, mixed spices and salt. Leave the sauce to boil.
• After the broth boils, put the chicken pieces on the fire and leave them for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
• Take out the stuffed chicken breast, and serve it with the hot sauce.
