Satai ENTAJ chicken with Indonesian peanut sauce

ENTAJ Chicken breasts 6                                 
To soak:
Lemon grass  ¼ cup
Shallots 2
Garlic 3 cloves
Red chili 1
Ginger 1piece
Dried turmeric ½ tsp
Dried coriander 2 tbsp
Cumin  2 tbsp
Soya sauce 3 tbsp (45 ml)
Brown sugar 5-6 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Peanut sauce Ingredients:
Dry roasted peanuts  1 cup
Water 1/3 cup (80 ml)
Garlic 2 cloves
Soy sauce ½ tbsp
Sesame oil 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Lime juice ½ tbsp
Hot pepper sauce 1 tbsp
Coconut milk 1/3 cup (80 ml)
How to prepare it:

• Cut the chicken into thin slices and put them in a bowl.
• Put all the other ingredients in a food blender to mix well until they become smooth.
• Pour the soak over the chicken and turn the chicken well over the mixture. Keep them soaked for at least 1 hour or longer (up to 24 hours).
• Roast the satai on coal, on the grill or in the oven.
• To prepare the sauce: place all the ingredients in the food blender. Mix them until the sauce becomes smooth.
• Serve the dish with rice or noodles and satai peanut sauce.
