ENTAJ stuffed Rosto chicken with Russian salad

6 persons per serving
Preparation time: 90 minutes


ENTAJ Boneless chicken1 kg
Eggs  4         
Boiled carrot cubes  ½ cup 
Boiled peas  ½ cup 
Garlic  5 cloves 
Olive or vegetable oil 3 tbsp (45 ml)
Salt, ground white pepper, ground ginger (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• To prepare the omelets:  in a bowl, combine the eggs, carrots, peas, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
• Heat the oil in a pan; fry the omelets until well cooked on both sides.
• Rub the chicken with salt, pepper and ground ginger.
• Put omelets inside the chicken and wrap it well.
• Grill the chicken in the oven until cooked and reddish.
• Slice and place in a serving plate with the Russian salad and BBQ sauce.
