ENTAJ chicken kafta with grilled vegetables

Ingredients: 


Minced boneless chicken 1 kg
Parsley 1/2 bunch
Coriander 1/3 bunch
Mint 1/3 bunch
Onion 1
Salt, cinnamon and cumin (as desired)


How to prepare it:

• Wash the parsley, mint, coriander and onion and finely chop them. Add the minced chicken with salt, cinnamon and cumin.
• Knead it well and form balls or patties.
• Grill the balls in the oven without roasting them too much.
• Serve the ENTAJ Kafta with grilled vegetables and sumac.
