ENTAJ chicken Jumbo cocktail with mango

4 persons per serving
Preparation time: 60 minutes


Grilled ENTAJ chicken breast 4
Boiled & peeled jumbo shrimp 1 kg
Mango 1
Cucumber 1

Red onion ½
Mayonnaise ½ cup (125 ml)
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp (10 ml)
Fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp (15 ml)
Tabasco pepper sauce  6 drops
Lettuce leaves  8
Olive oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Cumin, chili powder and salt (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• Peel the mango and cut it in medium sized pieces.
• Cut the grilled chicken breast into slices.
• Finely chop the cucumbers, onions and mango, and combine them in a medium bowl.
• Sauce: Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and tabasco in a bowl.
• In the serving bowl, put the lettuce, the mixture of mango, jumbo shrimp and ENTAJ chicken then pour the sauce.
