Italian tortellini salad with ENTAJ chicken

4 persons per serving
Preparation time: 25 minutes


ENTAJ Grilled chicken breast 4                                 

Tortellini 250 g
Palmetto 200 g
Tuna 200 g
Corn  300 g 
Lemon juice 2
Olive oil 1/2 cup (125 ml)
Salt and black pepper (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• Boil the tortellini in salted water and a little bit of oil, according to the instructions on the package, then drain it from the water and leave it to cool slightly.
• Cut the grilled chicken breast pieces as desired.
• In a bowl, mix lemon juice with the oil and add salt and black pepper.
• On the serving plate put the tuna, corn, palmetto, tortellini and the chicken breasts. Mix them and add the lemon sauce and oil.
•The Italian tortellini salad with ENTAJ chicken  is served cold.
