ENTAJ Hot chicken wings

4 persons per serving

Soaking duration: 20 minutes


ENTAJ Chicken wings 1 kg
Butter 1/cup (55 g)
Hot sauce  1/4 cup (60 ml)
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Flour  ½cup (60 g)
Frying oil  500 ml

Paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• Heat the oil in a deep pan to 190°C.
• Mix the flour, paprika, red pepper and salt in a bowl.
• Put the chicken wings in the mixture until completely covered; then put it aside or in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
• Fry the coated chicken wings in the boiling oil for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over a low heat and stir until the butter melts.
• Place the wings on a platter and pour hot sauce over it.
• Served with black or saffron rice.
