ENTAJ homemade chicken sausage

Serving: for 1 kg of sausages
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Duration of fermentation: 60 minutes


ENTAJ minced chicken1 kg
Cumin ½ tsp
Soft coriander ½ tsp              
Black pepper ½ tsp
Nutmeg½ tsp

Halba ½ tsp
Pepper  ½ tsp
Hot pepper ½ tsp
Sweet red pepper  ½ tsp
Salt 1½ tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp

White vinegar and pine nuts (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, spices, and white vinegar; blend them well and put them in the refrigerator to ferment for 60 minutes.
• From the mixture, produce sausage pieces, formed as desired, and stuff it with pine nuts.
• Grill the homemade chicken sausage for 10 to 13 minutes or fry them with a little bit of oil.
• Sausages may be served with onions, tomatoes, lemon juice or as sandwiches.
