ENTAJ Chicken thighs with Chef Shadi Sauce 2012

ENTAJ Chicken thighs 8
Butter or olive oil ½ cup (125 ml)
Garlic 3 cloves
Parsley leaves 2 tbsp
Black pepper, salt (as desired)

Ingredients for avocado sauce 2011:

Avocados 2
White vinegar 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Water   1 tsp (5 ml)
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Walnut oil 3 tbsp (45 ml)
Vegetable oil 3tbsp(45 ml)

Walnuts 14

Red onion 1
Salt and black pepper (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• Blend the butter, chopped garlic, parsley, black pepper and salt, then add the chicken thighs and stir.
• Bake the mixture for 20 minutes in the oven at 190°C.

• For the avocado sauce: Blend well the avocados with the white vinegar, water, spices, sugar, oil, walnuts and red onion pieces.

• Serve the hot chicken thighs on a plate with avocado sauce on the side.

• Served with any kind of rice or pasta.
