ENTAJ Chicken thighs stuffed with tomato sauce

6 persons per serving
Preparation time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:
ENTAJ Chicken thighs (boneless) 18

Rice 2 cups
Margarine or butter 3 tbsp (40 g)
Minced beef  200 g
Tomatoes 3
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Chicken broth 4 cups (1 liter)
Salt, black pepper and cinnamon (as desired)


How to prepare it:

• Stuffing: mix rice with minced meat, tomatoes (one), margarine, spices and salt. Fill the ENTAJ chicken thighs with the mixture and stick a toothpick to keep the filling inside.
• Fry the chicken thighs with margarine until they become red and add the chicken broth to cover the chicken. Leave it to boil.
• Add the tomato slices, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Keep on boiling until the chicken is cooked and the sauce is thickened.

• The dish is served hot.
