ENTAJ Chicken kebab Chef Shadi’s style

Preparation time: 35 minutes


Ground chicken breasts 1 kg
Chopped onions 2
Pack of parsley 1/4
Pine 100 g
Garlic 2
Hot pepper 1/2
Oil 3 tbsp (45 ml)
Lemon juice 3 tbsp (45 ml)
Thyme 2 tsp
Marjoram 2 tsp
Black pepper, paprika, nutmeg and salt (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• Put all ingredients in the mincing machine to make them soft, then knead them until the mixture is homogeneous.
• Put the Chef Shadi’s kebab on the nylon in the form of a rectangle with a thickness of 3 cm and width of 3 cm. Add pine nuts and chopped garlic in the center.
• Grill both sides of Chef Shadi’s Kebab on coal.
• Served hot with hommos moutabbal and fattoush.
