ENTAJ chicken cup cake with artichokes and watercress

8 cup cakes per serving

Ingredients:


Boneless ENTAJ chicken 1kg
Artichokes 200 g
Watercress 1 pack 
Onion 1
Flour  2 1/4 cup (270 g)
Baking powder 3 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Butter 1/2 cup (125 g)
Milk 1 cup (250 ml) 

Large eggs 2
Oil, black pepper, salt (as desired)


How to prepare it:
• In a frying pan, put a little bit of oil and fry the ENTAJ chicken slices, then add the already cut long strips of onion, long slices of artichokes, chopped watercress, salt and pepper.
• Heat the oven to 180°C.
• Blend flour, baking powder and salt. Add the butter and the milk. Stir while adding the eggs, and mix them for 1 minute at a medium speed.
• Pour the mixture over the ENTAJ chicken mixture inside a custom liner for cupcakes.
• Bake for 20-25 minutes.
• The ENTAJ chicken cup cake with artichokes and watercress is served with any kind of sauce.
