ENTAJ Chicken Pâté with mustard

4 persons per serving

Cooling: 60 minutes


ENTAJ Chicken Liver 600 g
Butter 2 tbsp (25 g)
Onion  1/4
Mustard 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• Cook the ENTAJ chicken liver with butter, then mash it well until it becomes like a paste.
• Chop the onions finely and fry it with butter until it becomes yellowish.
• Blend well the chicken paste with onions and mustard in a saucepan, and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
• Keep in the refrigerator for some time and serve it with toasted baguette bread.
