ENTAJ Colored chicken frike

ENTAJ whole Chicken 1 kg

Wheat frike 1 cup
Butter, margarine or olive oil 3 tbsp (45 ml)
Chicken broth 4 cups (1 liter)
Zucchini 2
Peas  ½ cup
Onions 2
Carrots 2
Garlic 3
Red pepper, salt, and pepper (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• Cook the ENTAJ chicken in the oven for 40 minutes or until it becomes red at a temperature of 180°C after being having it soaked with garlic, pepper and salt.
• Wash the wheat frike then drain it from water.
• Cook the chopped onions until they become red, add the frike and chicken broth and cook them slowly, while adding salt and pepper as desired. Add the vegetables 5 minutes before the mixture matures.
• Melt the butter and add to it the red pepper, then pour them over the chicken.
• The wheat frike is served with rice and topped with the reddened ENTAJ chicken.
