ENTAJ Chicken salad the Mexican way

ENTAJ Chicken 4 slices
Garlic 3 cloves
Yellow corn ½ cup
Red onion ½ cup
Cherry tomato 1 cup
Black beans 1 cup
Red pepper 2
Iceberg lettuce 1
Tortilla chips 4
Sour cream 1 cup (250 ml)
Apple vinegar ¼ cup (60 ml)
Honey 3 tbsp (45 ml)
Olive oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Cumin, chili powder and salt (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• In a bowl combine the vinegar, honey, cumin and chili powder and stir well.
• Fry the chicken slices and chopped garlic in olive oil, about 5 to 7 minutes.
• Combine the cooked chicken strips, corn, red onion, tomatoes and black beans in a large bowl. Add the sauce and put them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
• When it cools down, add the salt and serve with lettuce, along with the tortilla chips and sour cream.
